Wow, what a gem! The hotel boasts spacious rooms with fine finishes and a few delightful surprises waiting to be discovered. The marble tiled soaker tub is a luxurious touch, and the modern, clean design adds a special charm. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which didn't impress even after paying, but the incredible view over Uptown Charlotte more than made up for it.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The service was top-notch, with incredibly friendly staff surprising us with a special anniversary gesture. The location is perfect, right in downtown Charlotte, offering easy access to all the hot spot attractions. The dining experience in the hotel restaurant was lovely. Overall, great value for money!
